Unless you’re drawing 55lbs, that arrow speed should be enough to take down anything in North America that you want it to. I’d consider building an arrow in the 400-450gr range and run with whatever speed you get. It may work good on the range under low stress scenarios, but a “perfect shot” when there’s an elk standing broadside at 60 yards is a tall order for anyone, even the pros.
